●Domestic shipping
Shipping fee: 800 yen nationwide (free shipping for purchases of 24,200 yen or more including tax)
Cash on delivery fee: 400 yen (*The total amount shown on the order confirmation screen does not include the cash on delivery fee. If you use cash on delivery, please prepare the payment with the total amount plus the fee of 400 yen.)
● International shipping fee: 2,500 yen flat rate
*We do not ship to China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan.
*For deliveries outside of Japan, the product will be purchased at the tax-excluded price, but there may be cases where additional duties are charged at the discretion of the local customs office. In that case, the customer will be required to pay the tax amount. Please note.

Ships within 2-5 business days from order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
The product will arrive the next day or the day after the shipping date.
However, it may take more than 3 days to arrive in Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.

[About repairs]

・In addition to the online shop/store where you purchased your product, we also accept repairs at our stores nationwide.

・When making repairs, please bring the proof of purchase along with the product and damaged parts.
・Repair availability, period, and price vary depending on the condition of the product. Once we receive your item and check its condition, we will post an estimate.
・If a problem occurs after displaying the purchase certificate and using the product in accordance with the handling instructions, we will provide free repair service for one year from the date of purchase.
*However, a fee will be charged in the following cases.
─ If more than one year has passed since the date of purchase ─ If the proof of purchase is not presented ─ Failure or damage due to carelessness, loss of parts, etc. ─ Minor scratches or discoloration of crystal or metal that may occur during use etc
・During repairs, we may use some substitute products or parts.
*Depending on the condition of the product and the nature of the repair, we may not be able to accept your order or may have to keep it for a long period of time. Please note.
*If you are unable to come to the store and would like to have your item delivered for repair, please contact us using the inquiry form.

[About returns and exchanges]

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged.
・Products that have been used once ・Products whose accessories (BOX, purse, purchase certificate, etc.) are lost, damaged, or soiled ・Preordered products ・Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days ・In the case of customer circumstances (image) Differences/order errors, etc.)

[If the delivered product is different from the one ordered, or if the product is defective]

We will handle returns and exchanges as soon as possible, so please contact our customer service within 7 days for domestic shipments and 14 days for overseas shipments after receiving the product.
