From the perspective of protecting the global environment, we are implementing paperless delivery statements/receipts. After the product is shipped, you can download it from the link in the shipping completion email or from My Page.
*If paying by cash on delivery, you will be able to download the receipt after we confirm receipt of the product.
*You can change the recipient's name, address, and proviso on the receipt from the download page.
Order confirmation emails will be sent automatically. If your order has been completed but you do not receive an email, there are two possible reasons below.
① There is an error in the registered email address ② Unable to receive the email due to spam settings
Due to anti-spam measures, the email may be automatically sorted into the spam folder even if you have not configured it yourself.
Please check your registered email address and spam folder, and if you have any other questions, please contact us using the contact form.
Cancellations are possible until shipping is complete. However, depending on the timing of your contact, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you are interested, please contact us using the inquiry form as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
You can change the order until the shipment is completed, but there are cases where the system does not allow the change. In that case, we may cancel the order and ask you to place and pay again.
Also, depending on the timing of your contact, we may not be able to make changes.

Usually, your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The product will arrive the next day or the day after the shipping date.
However, it may take more than 3 days to arrive in Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas.
You can specify the desired delivery date in the cart. You can only specify dates that can be selected in the cart. Please note.
If you would like the product to be delivered as soon as possible, please select "No preference".
