All ordered items will be delivered gift wrapped (free of charge).

After placing it in the original jewelry box, we will wrap it with a ribbon and our staff will wrap it with care. We will also include one free shopping bag for each order.

Additionally, from the perspective of protecting the global environment, we are implementing a paperless delivery system. The delivery note can be downloaded from the link provided in the shipping completion email or from My Page.

If the name of the person placing the order and the name of the recipient are the same

• We will provide you with the same number of shopping bags as the number of items you purchase.
• If you purchase multiple items, we will attach a sticky note with the product name on each box so that you can identify the contents.

If the name of the person placing the order is different from the name of the recipient

• We will provide you with one shopping bag regardless of the number of items you purchase.
• Even if you purchase multiple items, we will not attach sticky notes with the product name on them.
• We will write "Delivery from (name of orderer)" in the notes section of the delivery slip.
