■Grosse Club monthly membership fee
Credit card payments are made on a monthly cycle, starting from the settlement date. If a payment is made at the end of the month, it will be as follows:
・If the first settlement date is the 31st → If there is no 31st in a month, the settlement will be made on the 30th. From then on, the 30th will be the settlement date.
・For February, which does not have a 30th, settlement will be made on the 28th or 29th. (This date varies depending on leap years.) From then on, the settlement date will be the 28th or 29th.

・Credit card payment: Payment is due when you place your order.
Cash on delivery: Payment is to be made to the delivery company when the product is delivered.

■ Delivery time

■About cancellations

When you pay your monthly membership fee, you will be given 7,700 points, and you can check the number of points you have on your My Page. Points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. Please see " What are Grosse Club Points ?" for information on how to use them.
*When using a discount coupon, if you use points to pay the full price of the product, the product price will be 0 yen and the discount coupon system will not work. Please enter a number of points that is less than the product price.
[Point expiration date]
Points are valid for two years from the time they are granted. They will be lost after the expiration date, so please use them within the expiration date.
Even after you cancel your membership in the Grosse Club, you can still use your points until they expire as long as you are a member of the Grosse Online Shop. (This applies only to regular purchases at the Grosse Online Shop.) However, please note that if you cancel your membership in the Grosse Online Shop, any points that have not yet expired will also be lost.
