FAQ for Grossé Club
■ Payment
How can I pay the membership fee?
Payment will be by credit card.
We accept AMEX, Google Pay, Master, VIZA and JCB.
I want to change the credit card I have registered.
Please see "How to change your registered credit card" for instructions on how to change your card .
My credit card has expired and I was unable to make the payment for the membership fee. What will happen?
If the withdrawal fails, the payment will be retried twice. The first time will be four days after the payment failure, and if it fails again, the second time will be four days later. Please change to a valid credit card within this period.

After changing your card, you will receive a thank you email for your purchase once the payment is successful.
Please note that if the second re-payment attempt also fails, your Grosse Club membership will be cancelled.
Can I get a receipt?
In order to protect the global environment, we are implementing paperless invoices and receipts. You can download them from your My Page after paying your membership fee.
*You can change the name, address, and notes on the receipt from the download page.
* You can choose to pay by cash on delivery when purchasing products. If you choose cash on delivery, you will be able to download a receipt after confirming receipt of the product.
■ About the point system
Where can I check my points?
After logging in, you can check it from My Page .
Do points have an expiration date?
Points will expire two years after they are granted. They will automatically expire, so please use them before that happens.
How can I use my points?
For information on how to use points, please see " What are Grosse Club Points ?"
Can I use my points in stores?
Points cannot be used in stores. Points can be used at the Grosse online shop, showrooms, paid party participation tickets, and exhibition order items at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. For more information, please see " What are Grosse Club Points ?"
I want to cancel the points I used.
As a general rule, points cannot be cancelled once they have been used. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I still use points after canceling my membership at Grosse Club?
Yes. Even after canceling your membership, you can still use your points for shopping at online stores as long as they are still within their expiration date. For details, please see " Notes on Cancellation ".
■ About the party
Can I bring a friend along?
There may be a limit on the number of people you can bring with you. Please check the announcements for each party you are attending for more details.
■ About items ordered at exhibitions
When will my exhibition order arrive?
Please check the details on each product page for delivery dates. We will contact you by email once the product has been shipped. Please wait a little while for your order to arrive.
Can I cancel an exhibition order?
Please note that exhibition orders cannot be cancelled as they are reserved items.
■ Changing member information
I want to change my email address
If you would like to change your email address, please contact our customer service.
I want to change my address or phone number.
You can change your default address and phone number by tapping "Manage" on your My Page and then "Edit" under "Default Address."
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. For details, please see " How to cancel your membership ".
If I have already cancelled my membership, can I rejoin?
Yes, you can rejoin at any time.
