Important Notes Regarding 2027SS Exhibition Orders

• Products are scheduled to arrive sequentially around March 2027. We will ship them as soon as they are in stock.
• All items in your order will be shipped together once everything is available. Please note that we cannot accommodate individual shipments.
• Please be aware that the delivery timeframe may vary due to manufacturing processes. Kindly treat the estimated delivery date as a guideline only.
  
• For credit card payments, you will be charged at the time of order.
  
• If you choose Cash on Delivery, a separate COD fee of 400 yen will be charged.
  
• We cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed.
• Once your items are ready, we will notify you of the scheduled shipment date and time via email. You may specify your preferred delivery date and time at that point.
• As this is a pre-order item, the system's date and time selection feature is not available. Please be aware that any selections made will not be applied.
  
• In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within one week of delivery.
• The items shown are samples, and some specifications may be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.
