Important Notice Regarding Orders at the 2026SS Exhibition

- The products are scheduled to arrive in stock around May 2026. We will ship them as soon as they arrive.
- Once all items are received, they will be shipped together. Please note that we cannot ship items individually.
- Due to the manufacturing process, delivery times may vary. Please use the delivery times as a guide only.
- If you pay by card, payment will be made at the time of ordering.
- If you choose cash on delivery, a separate cash on delivery fee of 400 yen will be charged.
- We cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been placed.
- Once the product is ready, we will send you an email with the estimated shipping date and time. You can then specify the delivery date and time.
- Please note that for pre-ordered items, you cannot specify a date and time on the system. Even if you select a date and time, it will not be applied.
- As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect size, please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
- Please note that the products shown are samples and specifications may be subject to change.
